MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of sales projects in HR business field;
- Development and implementation of strategies to increase sales;
- Build and maintain efficient relationships with existing and new customers;
- Administration of customer database;
- Regular meetings with business partners and clients.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education in business management, human resource or similar;
- 2-year's experience in sales;
- Fluent Latvian, Russian and English languages knowledge;
- Strong time planning and organisation skills;
- Ability to work in team and independently;
- Be proactive, intrinsically motivated, prompt in work procedures orientation.
