We are looking for the SALES MANAGER FOR RETAIL AND SMB for our client – leading IT product distributor in the Baltic countries

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- sales development in small and medium business segment;
- development and implementation of sales strategy;
- organization of internat and external communication;
- leadership for the sales team of 3-4 persons;
- representing organization to customers, producers, partner organizations and other business organizations;
- reporting to organizations shareholders.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:·
- university degree in IT, management or economic sciences;
- not less than 4 year sales experience;
- not less than 1 year people management experience;
- excellent knowledge of English and Russian;
- result orientation;
- strategic thinking;
- internal motivation;
- good teamwork skills.
