We are looking for the REGIONAL SALES MANAGER for our client - the biggest leisure clothing manufacturer
- business development challenges;

- university degree in management or economics (advantage);
- at least 2 years managing experience;
- at least 1 year experience in retail;
- experience in managing marketing projects in sales – advantage;
- B2B sales knowledge – advantage;
- result orientation, inner motivation, responsibility, ability to work individually and in team.
- development possibilites analysis and suggestions;
- development strategy realization;
- make and maintain contacts with business partners;
- search for new clients, organizing sales;
- organizing and managing „Audimas“, making and controling budget, analyzing results and making suggestions for improvement;
- organizing and taking control of „Audimas“ shop, recruitment, employees education, motivation;
- marketing plans realization, active sales;
- competitors observation, analysis, conclusions and suggestions;
- administrating documentation.
