MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- the creation, realization, control and development of the big business client segment;
- the accomplishment of goals regarding the sales, maintenance, attraction concerning the big business client segment, using different sales channels;
- big business client segment earning and profitability earning management;
- leadership of central Lithuanian sales team and its training;
- the observation of competition and taking of action;
- the cultivation of existing and potential relationships.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- higher education;
- no less than 1 year experience in the management sphere;
- no less than 3year experience in retail;
- experience in working with the big business client segment;
- proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
- orientation to the result;
- excellent communication skills;
- ability to gather a team for a common purpose;
- motivation, responsibility;
- ability to work individually and in a team.
