STORE MANAGER
We are looking for a STORE MANAGER for our client - the biggest leisure clothing manufacturer in Baltic States

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- organizing and managing store work;
- forming and controlling the budget;
- analysing results and making suggestions for improvements;
- organizing recruitment, employee's education, motivation;
- marketing plans realization;
- administrating documentation.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- university degree in management or economics (advantage);
- not less than 1 year experience in management sphere;
- not less than 1 year experience in retail;
- experience in managing marketing projects in sales (advantage);
- result orientation, inner motivation;
- responsibility;
- ability to work individually and in team.
