We are looking for the RETAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST for our client –
International retail chain operating in the Baltic States and abroad

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- university degree;
- not less than 2 year experience in marketing field;
- not less than 1 year experience in sales field;
- retail experience would be an advantage;
- good English and Russian language skills;
- flexibility, orientation to the result, diplomacy, systematic thinking;
- the ability to communicate with different people, ability to work in a team.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- store interior updates and changes, including product placement and window (showcase) appearance;
- employee image management: standard creation and everyday support – uniforms, rules od dressing, make-up;
- brand messages, campaigns and activities placement planning (including digital screens), approval with (com, prod, sales);
- ordering of advertising material for stores, initiation of store materials updates;
- planning, ordering and maintenance of local communication materials in Retail;
- frequent visits to stores, in order to insure proper product and communication material exposure;
- collaboration with shopping center – to set up what is possible additional promotion possibilities, materials approvals with them (campaigns windows as well);
- new store opening (special decoration, special offers placements, special treatment if needed);
- creation of special atmosphere in outlets through decorations, music, scents, appearance of store employees;
- creation and maintenance of looks standard for employees – uniforms, badges;
- seasonal store decorations (Christmas, Easter, Ligo);
- collaboration with Retail management, help on raising sales performance in stores;
- collaboration with advertising agencies;
- everyday communication with stores employees regarding store appearance, communication materials placement; set up of Retail brand book rules.
