We are looking for the HEAD OF SALES for our client - Group of companies that develops real estate investment and construction projects

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • development and implementation of sales strategy;
  • sales project management, achievement of results;
  • negotiation, sales closing;
  • management of sales team;
  • employees motivation, team building;
  • improvement of sales process.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • higher education;
  • at least 4 years of experience in sales;
  • at least 2 years of experience in sales management;
  • excellent coaching skills;
  • excellent English language skills (written and oral);
  • russian language knowledge (advantage);
  • autonomy and internal motivation;
  • organization, responsibility, result orientation;
  • skills of cooperation and ability to work in a team.
