MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- developing and giving trainings on one or all of these topics:
- leadership and management;
- sales and negotiations;
- organizational behavior;
- preparing and updating training material;
- developing new methods of conducting trainings;
- training services quality assurance;
- team-building events management;
- constant market research in educational area;
- maintaining relationships with current and new clients.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- higher education;
- experience working in business organizations (at least 2 years);
- experience in training management and conducting;
- excellent skills in Estonian language;
- business-English language;
- great communication skills;
- ability to deliver a clear message to the audience;
- inner motivation and orientation to results;
- innovative point of view;
- ability to work individually.
