MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organization of sales store operations;
- Management of store and sales – payments, debts and balances monitoring;
- Sales team leading, motivation, recruitment and management;
- Implementation of sales strategies and achievement of sales goals;
- Coordination of sales and marketing projects.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education;
- Not less than 2-year experience in direct sales and commerce management (experience in retail trade - advantage);
- Not less than 1-year experience in people management and leading teams;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good knowledge of English and Latvian languages;
- Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage;
- Time planning and organization skills;
- Inner motivation.
