MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- team motivation;
- sales competence development of salesman;
- different sales situation modeling for salesman;
- transitting technical information (systems, products, procedures);
- job quality assurance;
- assurance of team strategy effectiveness;
- assurance of perfect sales results.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- higher education;
- not less than one year experience in the sale sphere;
- experience in team leadership (advantage);
- excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- creativity and self-motivation;
- orientation to the result;
- English knowledge (knowledge of Russian is an advantage).
