  • brand & business development:
  • build strong working relationships with major telecom companies;
  • develop relevant customer relationship network;
  • develop & implement sales plans:
  • build sales plan and set goals, analyse sales territories;
  • monitor and analyse telecom market;
  • ensure sales goals achieved, target client group reached;
  • weekly communication and report to Latvian direct manager.


  • university degree;
  • IT/Telecom comprehensive industry & market knowledge;
  • proven B2B sales experience in telecommunication/network fields;
  • advanced knowledge of English;
  • ability to work with CRM systems;
  • ability to frame the product value proposition to customers;
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • perfect self-organisation and time planning skills;
  • strong orientation to results, analytical thinking.
