MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• creation and implementation of sales strategys;
• work organization at the points of sale;
• employee recruitment, development and control;
• implementation of sales targets;
• conflict resolution;
• ongoing monitoring and analysis of competitive environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• university degree;
• not less than 2 year experience in the sales sphere;
• not less than 1 year experience in team management;
• great organizational skills, creativity, inner motivation;
• great communication and negotiation skills;
• computer literacy;
• good English and Russian language skills;
