MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- creation and implementation of regional sales strategy;
- work organization at the points of sale;
- employee recruitment, development and control;
- implementation of sales targets;
- conflict resolution;
- management of accounting and administration issues;
- ongoing monitoring and analysis of competitive environment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- university degree;
- not less than 2 year experience in sales business;
- not less than 2 year experience in retail or B2B sales;
- not less than 2 year experience in team management;
- great organizational skills, creativity, inner motivation;
- great communication and negotiation skills;
- computer literacy;
- good English and Russian language skills;
- driver’s licence.
