We are looking for the REGIONAL MANAGER for our client – electronics global leader in the Baltic region.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- organization and proper execution of the unit's activities;
- organization of wholesale trade;
- overseeing and controlling the conduct of the retail trade;
- organization of e-commerce;
- analysis of performance indicators, initiation of performance improvement decisions.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- higher education in management, economics or science;
- 5 years of sales or commercial work experience (retail-wholesale experience is an advantage);
- 2 years of management experience;
- business management (finance, marketing, commerce, logistics, law) and business development experience;
- management and leadership skills;
- excellent communication skills;
- result orientation, initiative, activity;
- driver's licence B category;
- excellent Latvian, Russian and English languages, both oral and written.
