We carry out at least 5-stage recruitment and selection process, until the best 3 candidates remain who are introduced to a customer.

Each employee is given a 90 calendar days warranty.
- Meeting with organization’s executives and managers of future candidates, getting to know organization of the customer;
- finding and attracting candidates – distribution of the information about a job offer in our database of more than 10,000 candidates, specialized portals, personal invitations to the best candidates in the market;
- at least 2 interviews with each candidate and testing candidates by using the latest, scientifically and methodologically validated tools that enable to assess employee characteristics, competencies and potential effectively;
- real-life collection of at least 3 candidate recommendations;
- preparation of candidate profiles and delivery to the customer (only employees with valid results are presented to the customer as the best candidates).
