Key Account Manager

We are looking for the KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for our client – leading IT product distributor.

  • developing a trusting relationship between major key clients and company;
  • strategic planning to improve and increase results;
  • identifying client needs, ensuring correct products & services are delivered;
  • negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of projects;
  • planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals;
  • expanding relationships and bringing in new clients;
  • analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.


  • university degree in IT, technical, managerial, or economic sciences;
  • excellent knowledge of IT market and products;
  • not less than 2 years B2B sales experience;
  • proven working experience in project management;
  • excellent knowledge of Estonian and English languages;
  • strong communication and presentation skills and self-motivation;
  • strong time planning and organization skills;
  • result orientation;
  • analytical thinking.
