Key Account Manager
We are looking for the KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for our client – leading IT product distributor.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- developing a trusting relationship between major key clients and company;
- strategic planning to improve and increase results;
- identifying client needs, ensuring correct products & services are delivered;
- negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of projects;
- planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals;
- expanding relationships and bringing in new clients;
- analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- university degree in IT, technical, managerial, or economic sciences;
- excellent knowledge of IT market and products;
- not less than 2 years B2B sales experience;
- proven working experience in project management;
- excellent knowledge of Estonian and English languages;
- strong communication and presentation skills and self-motivation;
- strong time planning and organization skills;
- result orientation;
- analytical thinking.
