MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- development and implementation of company sales and marketing systems and strategies;
- management of sales team, strengthening of sales competences;
- continuous market monitoring, analysis of customer needs and competitors' actions;
- product development and introduction to the market;
- communication process management of the company;
- enhance reputation and awareness of the company;
- new customers attraction.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- university degree (in marketing, management, business management or similar field);
- at least three years of successful work experience in sales and marketing;
- at least two years’ experience of sales systems development;
- at least one year’s experience in team management;
- autonomy, ability to set and implement personal and team goals;
- analytical thinking;
- orientation to result and inner motivation;
- excellent English language skills (written and spoken);
- Russian language knowledge would be an advantage.
