For our client – retail food company – we are looking for a SENIOR SALES MANAGER.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- performing segmentation of market, analyzing databases, assigning leads;
- setting KPIs;
- forming, training, motivating and monitoring performance of sales team;
- negotiating with potential clients;
- responding to public tenders;
- consulting management on sales offers;
- organizing sales campaigns;
- data analysis and reporting;
- being advanced CRM user and consulting others (company uses “Microsoft Dynamics”).
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- university degree in exact sciences or social sciences (economics or management);
- no less than 2 years of experience in active B2B sales and sales management;
- no less than 2 years of experience in people management;
- excellent communication skills;
- excellent analytical thinking skills (including Excel analysis skills);
- good knowledge of English language;
- creativeness, good time planning skills and inner motivation.
