MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- development and implementation of sales strategy;
- sales project management, achievement of results;
- negotiation, sales closing;
- management of sales team;
- employees motivation, team building;
- improvement of sales process.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- higher education;
- at least 4 years of experience in sales;
- at least 2 years of experience in sales management;
- excellent coaching skills;
- excellent English language skills (written and oral);
- russian language knowledge (advantage);
- autonomy and internal motivation;
- organization, responsibility, result orientation;
- skills of cooperation and ability to work in a team.
