We are looking for an EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR for our client – Sports club chain

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of sports club chain working processes;
- Organization of sales and marketing activities of the sports club network;
- Employee recruitment, selection and motivation;
- Constant maintenance of service quality;
- Track and report results to the parent company on a monthly / quarterly basis;
- Analysis of activities / processes and recommendations for further improvements.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education (Management field is an advantage);
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in organizing sales and marketing activities;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the service sector (health, HoReCa);
- At least 2 years’ experience of team management (recruitment, motivation);
- Excellent planning and organization skills;
- Good analytical thinking and orientation to result;
- Excellent Latvian and Russian languages knowledge;
- Good English, both written and oral.
