Account Manager

We are looking for an ACCOUNT MANAGER for our client – leading IT product distributor.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • maintaining business relationships with existing clients, building relationships with new clients;
  • executing customer needs by offering solutions from the manufacturers represented by the company;
  • systematization of customer information and sales analysis;
  • work with the customer service department to handle customer inquiries;
  • communication with other departments of the company;

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • university degree in IT, technical, managerial, or economic sciences;
  • not less than 1 year of experience in B2B sales and customer service;
  • excellent knowledge of Estonian;
  • proficiency in English;
  • strong communication and presentation skills;
  • strong time management and organization skills;
  • ability to create and retain relationships with clients;
  • strong goal orientation, motivation, and self-reliance.
